There is a video messaging revolution coming and Vsnap is leading the charge. Vsnap makes it easy to send, request, tag, and store 60 second video messages. This will be a fast-paced (we’re MassChallenge finalists) but fun, high-profile (the CEO’s last company was acquired by Paypal before it launched) development position and a stellar addition to your resume.

- a BS/BA in a computer science field
- proven Groovy development experience (or proven Java with some Grails)
- experience with Grails framework (or Rails), Javascript, jQuery
- experience with MySQL or Postgress
- experience or interest in leading a small team of developers
- solid design, architecture and communication skills
- you have front end design experience (or a sound opinion to that effect)
- you understand all things video (e.g. wowza ec2, converters, etc.)
- you have worked on highly scalable content distribution applications
- design and develop a web (& mobile web) based application
- help grow and lead a small team of developers
- work closely with leadership to identify an leverage highly scalable technologies, processes and best practices
- loving (and using) Vsnap and making sure others do too
